Tanya J Page - Author

Picture

Tanya was a journalist and then an actor before turning her hand to writing stories for children.  She wrote the Victoria Mouse series to introduce children to different parts of London and encourage them to go to the places Victoria visits.  The books are designed to be read to children, embracing the bond that develops through reading and talking about the story and pictures.
Victoria is like a child who always manages to get into trouble, but also always tries to help, doing a good deed along the way.
As well as the Victoria Mouse books Tanya has also written the 'Chilli and Pickles' books, which are based on her own two rescue dogs and another story about a timid sheepdog called Jess who manages to stand up against a bully.

Sarah-Leigh Wills - Illustrator

Sarah spent many years within the Arts and Media sector, designing and  teaching. When people ask her what she likes about illustration and design, she says 'its not work, its a pleasure. If I could wake up and do the same job everyday, I would choose illustration!'
She has a huge passion for children’s picture books and a big collection. She doesn’t like reading biographies or novels as she has a child’s imagination,  which allows her to create the fun and quirky style that children adore, and most of all that make them laugh.
